OSI-CAN provides Peer Support Groups for our target demographic; Military and Public Safety Personnel. Occupational Stress Injuries / Post Traumatic Stress Disorder can occur when a person directly experiences or witnesses a traumatic event. This can also happen with repeated exposure to traumatic situations and details.

Groups are now in person!
Until things really get back to normal, this page will be updated as new public health orders are given. As of today's date we are now able to resume in person meetings at both the Portage La Prairie location and in Winnipeg. We will continue to have a virtual meeting on Wednesday evenings for those requiring isolation, from remote communities, or who prefer the added anonymity.
There is a virtual group every Thursday evening from 7-9 PM that can be attended by current participants or new participants that want to check our what a meeting looks like.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact myself, or the group facilitators at the email addresses below.
